Shipping Process

  1. After placing your order, our team will process it promptly and prepare your items for shipping.
  2. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. We will include a prepaid shipping label with your recycling kit. Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the original packaging securely.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location or schedule a pickup with UPS.

Recycling Process:

  1. Our commitment to the environment extends to the responsible disposal of packaging materials.
  2. Upon receiving your order, please keep the packaging materials intact for recycling.
  3. After dropping off the package at UPS, the contents will be sent to our partner, Close the Loop Recycling, for environmentally friendly recycling.

Important Notes:

  • The prepaid shipping label covers the cost of shipping and recycling.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to drop off the package at a UPS location or schedule a pickup.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
  • We appreciate your commitment to environmental sustainability through our recycling program.

Return Policy

Recycling Kits:

Once a recycling kit has been purchased, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. This policy is in place due to the nature of our recycling kits, which are designed for a specific purpose and cannot be reused once they have been dispatched to customers.

Damaged or Defective Kits:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective recycling kit, please contact our customer support team at ctlrecycles@ctlus.com within five business days of receiving the kit. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders for recycling kits cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective kits that meet our return criteria. If you believe your kit qualifies for a refund, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in the process.
